Guest Cottage
Just adjacent to the main residence and above a two-car garage and workshop sits this separate guest house that has it all! Your guests will enjoy their own separate private quarters with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and bunk room that sleeps four+. Sit on the deck and get a great view of Tunk Nubble- one of the many beautiful hikes available right on the property.
Stoke the wood stove to take off the chill of a brisk Maine afternoon. Fry up the day’s catch right in your ample and fully stocked kitchen. Or just curl up with a good book under a toasty camp blanket as afternoon fades into evening and the late day shadows linger comfortably not wishing to rush the end of another beautiful day.
Wood Shop
The wood shop is located in the Guest Cottage building adjacent to the Main Lodge. The shop comes fully equipped with high-end Delta shop tools. Built-in custom benches and cabinets round out this shop where you can build anything from furniture to bird houses.
Sit by the wood stove with a steaming cup of coffee and use your mistakes as kindling for the next fire. Supporting your shop work is a lumber shed where some 20 year seasoned maple, ash, and birch await your next project… of course the lumber was sawn on the estate from trees harvested during the development of its extensive trail system.
