Maintenance & Storage Buildings
Major equipment presently consists of two tractors and associated accessories, a dump truck with snow plow gear, many equipment trailers, log handling boom trailer and mowing equipment to groom trails and shooting range. The list is extensive, and is better left to inventory at the time of sale of the estate. Equipment, materials, and maintenance activities require proper storage. To that end, barns and sheds have been placed strategically where needed to facilitate the work of maintenance, grounds keeping and grounds development.
While the owners don’t have need of barn facilities for horses, the 100’ pole barn included could easily be modified into a horse barn. Many (not all) of the trails are ready for horseback rides.
